This position is responsible for the Night Audit activities at the hotel for the Rooms Department with primary responsibility for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, quality, consistency, cleanliness, excellent guest service to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations to maximize profits by performing assigned duties. Responsible for performing front desk, phone, and reservation activities during the overnight shift to the quality standards set by the property and at the same time meeting all efficiency goals. Ensures exceptional guest service through communication and follow-up with employees and guests.
