About the role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and deploying the strategy for communicating changes in products, services, and programs in the Zillow Group Sales and Operations organization. You’ll develop and implement our overall employee and stakeholder strategy for time-sensitive content by working with senior executives and sales leaders to create communication channels, frequency, and content that improve message clarity, efficiency, and the ability of the audience to take action. You’ll create an internal content and communication strategy for the sales and operations team, including identifying the right channels of communication, developing an engagement plan, and measuring success. You’ll manage our email communication process, including weekly newsletters and just-in-time communication to keep our sales organization up-to-date while maximizing productivity. In this role you’ll have the chance to:

Build a business-line specific communication strategy

Work in a rapidly-changing environment

Provide substantive input on internal branding

Develop tracking and analytics to measure internal communication

Work closely with senior leaders to fulfill their communication goals

Build scalable systems for communicating frequent changes to a large, high-impact organization
About the team
Our multidisciplinary team of trainers, program managers, instructional designers, and content strategists is focused on learning new things, trying new approaches, and working closely together to help our employees succeed. We are currently using Confluence, Slack, Highspot, and Bananatag to facilitate communication on our team, and part of your role will be deciding which technologies we should use to build our internal communication to support our business for years to come.

Who you are
You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, English, media studies, public relations, or a similar field with a preference for a Graduate degree.

You have developed and deployed a content and communication strategy for an organization of 1000 or more people.

You have experience successfully using social media to achieve internal communication goals.

You have experience managing multiple internal email campaigns.

You have demonstrated skill at monitoring and tracking metrics associated with internal content and providing actionable insights.

You're proficient in MS Office applications with extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.

You can coach and mentor others

You have worked in a fast-paced environment.
