Job Description: The Program Director Comprehensive Spine Center oversees operations across all regional LVPG physiatry, pain management and chiropractic practices as well as other areas of the LVHN musculoskeletal division that impact LVPG workflows. They work with existing Supervisors, Managers, and Directors within the Special Surgery Institute, providing supervision and direction of the delivery of comprehensive spine services. This role supports the further acquisition and development of comprehensive spine services. This position operates in a matrix structure with the primary reporting relationship to the Administrator, Musculoskeletal Division of LVPG.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required for this job. The successful candidate will have three (3) years management experience. Previous experience with metrics tracking and dashboards required.
Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree or equivalent experience preferred. MBA highly desired. Experience in healthcare including experience in a physician office practice setting.
