JOB DESCRIPTION
The Agent Experience Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of real estate agents within our company. This position will assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new and existing agents, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow in their careers.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment:
- Identify and attract top talent to join our team of real estate agents.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company.
Onboarding:
- Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process for new agents.
- Ensure new agents are familiar with company policies, procedures, and tools.
- Provide support and guidance during the initial stages of their membership with MORE Realty.
Training and Development:
- Assist with the design and implementation of training programs to enhance agents’ skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular training sessions on various topics, including market trends, sales techniques, and technology tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Performance Management:
- Track and analyze agents’ performance metrics.
- Provide feedback and coaching to help agents improve their performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain agents.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Ability to lead and instruct adult learners.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of Agent specialization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Related field or equivalent experience..
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate industry.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Principal Broker License
- Experience in a similar role within a residential real estate brokerage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
