Digital Ad Ops Coordinator
You’ll serve some of the country’s biggest entertainment companies and provide key insights on best practices as we staff, structure, and refine our digital advertising operations. With oversight of our traffic team and data input, you’ll work closely with our Ad Ops, Planning, and Analytics teams to manage for organizational efficiency and consistent cross-functional standards.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
The Digital Ad Ops Coordinator will own and support all pre- and post-launch trafficking responsibilities and inquiries
Manage implementation of all ad operations requirements for campaigns - tracking, tagging, publisher/agency/client correspondence
The Digital Ad Ops Coordinator will support digital planning team with advertiser preparation and publisher-side launch responsibilities.
Work closely with publishers and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Educate and guide clients/partners on best practices; proactively address areas where improvement is needed.
Perform diligent and detail-oriented QA on interactive ad units/deliverables
The Digital Ad Ops Coordinator will provide digital media team with user feedback and insights, related to new releases of our internal tools and products.
1 year of experience in online advertising space, as a trafficker or similar role
Strong knowledge of / familiarity with third-party tracking/reporting systems (i.e. DCM, GTM, Tealium, etc.)
Familiarity with iFrame, Script, static companion banners, and at least one video ad server (DFP, DFA, Google Campaign Manager, Auditude, proprietary, etc) – display ad server knowledge a plus
Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with internal and external teams via email and phone; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality
Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and highly-motivated team player
Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing tides
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines
Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study)
