Honeywell is hiring a Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist at the Northford, CT location! In this position, you will be responsible for receiving in orders from our online system and accurately entering orders into our SAP order management software. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma, or GED.
1 or more years of customer service experience
Order entry experience
