Asset Manager, Global Engagement & Acquisition

The Asset Manager plays an important role in the success of the Global Engagement & Acquisition at EA. This individual will be part of a team that will deliver content in support of a global campaigns, live services and player engagement communications across the Central Marketing Organization. This role will manage assets within the content creation pipeline and assess risks for assets that will deploy globally across email and in game channels.

This role will be based at EA Redwood Shores.

Summary

The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing deliverables of content in support of the email and in game channels. Working closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, they will drive teams towards on-time content delivery, proactively report on risks to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities of this role include:
Request and track email and in game assets in partnership with Global Communications Group and EA’s cross-functional disciplines
Build and manage schedules for design projects adhering to established SLAs
Work with Producers in linking Cross Functional Team’s version requests to Master Assets to generate the Asset Plan providing a complete view of all assets being produced for email and in game channels
Report status updates against Asset Plan and Critical Path dates for org visibility and raise at-risk assets and provide input for contingency planning
Perform Quality Assurance of assets prior to distribution and trafficking
Initiate new design projects with Design team for bespoke email and in game assets
Traffic assets with EA localization team
Manage image hosting server
Understand the campaign road map to track upcoming campaign beats
Understand campaign beat objectives to ensure the asset is aligned
Enforcement of content refresh schedule dates
Generate creative solutions and approaches to issues and organizational processes
Recommend process improvements for end-to-end content and asset processes with Marketing Technology, Content Operations and Localization teams
Desired Skills and Experience

5 years of professional experience, specifically within creative services, marketing and communications
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent oral and strong written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Percolate, GDrive and JIRA a plus
Excellent time and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Work well in a collaborative, team environment and cross-functional team
Digital Asset Management Systems experience preferred
Good understanding of current email marketing technology like SalesForce and Content Management Systems
Success Measurement
On-time delivery of accurate email and in-game assets.
Solution contingency plans for at-risk assets.
Ability to keep everyone (Global Communications, Creative) aligned and tracking towards established timelines.
Enforce SLAs with partners.
