To lead this endeavor, we are seeking a passionate Staffing Specialist with a proven track record of success in this niche. Candidate will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates, in addition to sourcing business. Run a full desk - be your own entrepreneur with the support and resources available to ensure your success!

This position requires a strongly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Using your excellent communication skills, you will be accountable for networking and establishing long-term relationships with existing clients and candidates. You will work daily for your clients to search and fill critical positions. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in the developing of new business for the company.

  • Previous experience within the Hospitality Staffing industry required

  • Ability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as project needs require
  • Strong inside sales abilities - capable of closing deals while building lasting client relationships.
