Rainmaker Recruiting is a Tech Sales recruiting firm and we are filling an Account Executive position for our Salt Lake City based client. They are a healthcare software company that sells a coordinated platform to help communities with whole-person care tracking, monitoring, and reporting.

The company is looking for a remote Account Executive to close new business on the West Coast. The role requires 5+ years of successful closing experience with a preferred background in health and human services, government, care management, care coordination, case management, or the public sector. You will be selling into organizations that manage the care of high risk populations.

The Account Executive will be focused on large deals and will need to travel about 30% of the time to visit with prospects. All expenses will be paid including travel and a laptop. The Account Executive will need to do some prospecting on their own but will be supported by a BDR.

The role features a base salary of $120k-$150k depending on experience and commissions of 7% on new deals and 3% on renewals. The OTE is about $200k. You will also receive 100% paid for Medical benefits and Life Insurance, an HSA, and a 401k with company match.
