Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties and functions in compliance with the statutory requirements
Preparation of resolutions, minutes, annual returns and statutory documents, updating register book, lodgement/submission of statutory documents to SSM
Liaising with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securitis Berhad, Securities Commission and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretaries matters
Ensure compliance of the statutory or regulatory requirements of relevant government authorities and statutory bodies
Have analytical and monitoring skills Attending board meetings, Annual General Meeting, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc, and preparing agendas and minutes of meetings is an added advantage
Coordinate and monitor assistants job progress on daily ad hoc assignment
A member of MAICSA.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law, Secretarial or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate secretarial practice. At least 2 years relevant working experience with exposure in public listed companies is an added advantage
Competent knowledge on statutory compliance under the Companies Act 2016.
Highly motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to multi-task and work independently
Strong analytical and monitoring skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa malaysia
Possess good interpersonal skills to drive team work.
