ATI Nursing Education is hiring a Complete Account Executive (CAE), who will be the primary liaison between ATI and ATI Complete Partners in the West region. This is a remote position living within the territory with significant travel. Preferred locations within the West region are Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, Salt Lake City, UT or Minneapolis, MN.
Demonstrate the value in new innovations and services to renew contracts at current pricing
Active involvement in all aspects of ATI’s relationship with each Complete Partner, including the successful onboarding of new clients and leading/facilitating the recurring Complete Insight Reviews (CIRs)
Assess Partner needs and outcome goals, prioritize them, and then organize the appropriate ATI resources to help deliver
Obligations include, sales, relationship management, issue escalation and resolution, high-level project management
Prepare and conduct semi-annual Complete Insight Reviews (CIRs)
Ensure appropriate ATI service resources are deployed to meet obligations
Partner with programs to drive successful client outcomes
Retain current Complete Partners and successfully renew them at current pricing
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum of 5 years field-based solution sales experience
Proven track record of delivering results in a quota-based sales environment with multiyear contracts
Industry knowledge and background in healthcare or higher education
Nursing education industry knowledge and experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Proven sales experience in demonstrating the value in new innovations and services
Strong influence skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment
Demonstrated ability to drive successful client outcomes and solutions
Executive-level experience and presence
Ability to leverage data and analytical insights
Possess at least a minimum baseline financial acumen
Strong self-starter with the ability to prioritize
Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnights
