Perform machine QA on Varian Novalis, 2100CD, and True Beam. Supervise Lung, Abdomen, Liver, Prostate SBRT on Novalis and True Beam. Familiarity with Exactrac and OSMS preferred. Supervise SRS and SBRT simulations in Philips Brilliance Wide Bore CT. Second check and be able to help plan on Eclipse, Aria Record and Verify System. Partner with Chief Physicist to support department clinical QA program and equipment QA program. Department has Therapax and xStrahl superficial machines, GammaMed iX HDR Brachytherapy, Mobius and Dose Lab QA software and Sun Nuclear Mapcheck, DQA, and Profiler. Speak and read English at a level that is sufficient to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position. Knowledge of standard office equipment (i.e., calculator, fax, photocopier) and personal computer and computer software skills (i.e., MS Windows, Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint, internet, e-mail). Windows computer skills including proficient use of keyboarding, use of mouse or keys for functions such as selecting items, use of drop down menus, scroll bars, opening folders, copying and similar operations required upon employment or within the 1st two weeks of employment to perform the essential functions of the job. Job Requirements

Minimum Education:  Master of Science in Physics or related field
   
Preferred Education:  MS
   
Minimum Experience:  3 - 5 years in Radiation Oncology
   
Preferred Experience:  3 - 8 years in Radiation Oncology
   
Required Certification:  Not Applicable
   
Preferred Certification:  Certified Therapeutic Medical Physicist (American Board of Radiology, American Board of Medical Physics or Canadian College of Physicist in Medicine)
