Email Marketing Coordinator (Developer)

Join the team shaping the future of healthcare. MedBridge is looking for a highly motivated Email Marketing Coordinator with a proven track record of creating effective marketing campaigns. Our email program is fundamental to the success of our marketing and growth of MedBridge.

In this role you will be responsible for the successful execution of multiple email programs; tasks include coding HTML email campaigns, building landing pages, sending campaigns, growing lists, employing tracking and reporting to drive continuous improvements and scalability of the system.

Email Creation/Lead Generation

Manage email campaigns including audience segmentation, coding, and deployment
Code within our current email templates while continuously making improvements to design
Produce both broadcast and triggered emails as assigned
Create content emails and carry out proper review processes
Build new marketing landing pages for lead capture and conversion
Responsible for efforts to grow and maintain email lists
Email Best Practice Management/Reporting

Monitor email deliverability and address any potential issues
Research current trends and suggest improvements to elevate existing campaigns
Carryout A/B testing and reporting to continuously make improvements to the program
Track email performance and report on KPIs
Provide ad hoc reports on channel activity as requested by key stakeholders

About You:

1-3 years experience in email marketing or development
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and common email-related bugs
Experience deploying emails from an email service provider (i.e. MailChimp, Active Campaign, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.)
Comfortable with popular code editors (e.g. Sublime Text, Atom, Dreamweaver)
Understanding of dynamic content principles and using data to drive personalization
Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts and reporting
Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality are essential
Self-starter that isn't afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get things done
Proven track record of prioritizing activities and keeping complicated projects moving forward
Knowledge of email regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL

Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Software Engineering
Experience working across multiple buyer segments: individual and enterprise
Familiarity with IP warming and send reputation monitoring
Familiarity with Javascript, PHP, and databases
Experience using a CMS such as WordPress
Experience with general Microsoft Excel skills would be desirable
