*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and excellent customer service skills. *Duties* - Assess and estimate the cost of vehicle repairs - Communicate with customers regarding repair details and costs - Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate repair estimates - Maintain detailed records of repairs and estimates - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process *Requirements* - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes - Experience with shocks, struts, alignments, oil changes, and diesel engine repairs - Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred - Strong customer service and sales skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
