St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Volunteer Office Coordinator to join our team!
Volunteer Office Coordinator
The Coordinator Volunteers is responsible for managing compliance of volunteer requirements, interviewing, orienting, training and evaluations of volunteers tracking volunteer hours, and processing volunteer records. The Coordinator Volunteers supports St. Luke’s Auxiliary Board in their mission. For some locations, this position may include gift shop oversight and working cohesively with the Treasure Valley Gift Shop Manager.
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of demonstrated progressive management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Skills in conflict resolution.
Ability to function within a matrix organization.
Excellent communication skills to include oral comprehension/expression and written comprehension/expression.
Ability to manage a changing work environment related to volunteer services.
Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values.
Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with principles for service excellence.
