About The Role:

iHug Ad for Business is rapidly expanding and is positioned to be the next growth engine for iHug. We are looking for highly motivated, self-starters, and self-driven individuals as this is a remote position. You must possess a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing strategic partnerships for iHug in healthcare. Commission cap negotiable, currently starting at $8,500 per month, and bonuses are available based on performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive advertising sales by connecting prospective companies to the iHug platform
  • Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Leverage existing customer base, contacts and relationships
  • Maintain customer relationships and continue to grow ad revenue
  • Work with customers (new and prospective) to pilot new feature roll outs
  • Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing, etc.

What You'll Need:

  • At least 3-5 years of new business development, advertising, sales, consulting, or technology sales experience
  • Healthcare and medical sales experience is a bonus
  • Be sincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses
  • You're a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities: The iHug Ad team is evolving every day and requires highly motivated, independent individuals who will be responsible for all aspects of the iHug Advertising Platform.
  • Have demonstrated ability to prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion
  • Possess the ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value
  • Proven track record of driving annual sales by a minimum of $250k in new business
  • Existing healthcare relationships is a major plus and preferred
