TTI is currently seeking a Sales and Incentive Compensation Analyst in the Fort Worth Corporate Office. The Sales and Incentive Compensation Analyst is accountable for assisting with the development and creation of sales and incentive plans; developing and modifying workbooks and systems utilized to calculate achievement; performing monthly, quarterly and year end processing of commission and incentive payments; supporting the financial accrual process; and for providing timely and accurate analysis and reporting. In addition, this position assists with calculating rankings for sales contests and aids in the administration of the Motus vehicle reimbursement program.
Assists sales leadership in the development & creation of sales commission and incentive plans for a wide variety of roles (e.g. Account Representative, Field Account Representative, Sales Management, etc.). Also, assists with the creation of incentive plans for other key departments.
Develops and maintains workbooks and systems for Incentives and Commissions and processes monthly, quarterly and year end payments for sales and other key departments. Calculates and provides accruals as needed.
Assist with selecting, implementing and administering an automated system used to support our commission and incentive compensation.
Provides analysis and reporting for sales leadership as it relates to sales incentive plans, including, but not limited to, ad hoc reports, compensation history reports and year end compensation analysis and reporting.
Assists sales leadership with monthly tracking of fixed rate incentives and bridge requests for account movement and reassignment.
Troubleshoots incentive payout problems including, but not limited to, Split Commissions, DREG, DUM, T#, Account Movement, etc.
Administers Motus vehicle reimbursement program with accountabilities, including, but not limited to, tracking, reporting and approving Motus payments.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. Three plus years of applicable experience preferred including assisting with the creation of incentive plans and assisting in processing incentive plan calculations.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
Demonstrated ability to proactively perform research and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills required; knowledge of all Microsoft Office (including Access) applications at the intermediate level preferred.
Experience with enterprise systems and reporting tools a strong plus
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective working relationships.
Possesses a strong customer service orientation to effectively answer inquiries from employees and act as subject matter expert regarding commission and incentive compensation.
Possesses highly effective organization skills to manage a significant volume of electronic files and data from multiple sources.
Strong multi-tasking skills in order to manage multiple, competing priorities and duties (planned and unplanned).
Strong attention to detail skills.
Ability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially.
