Front Office Receptionist/Ins Verification and Procedure Scheduler

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Front desk receptionist and Insurance Verification Specialist to work at our East Valley location. Must be willing to travel and work on Saturdays. Please DO NOT apply if you cannot work on Saturdays, Travel and have NO experience.

*****Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling new and Established patients
  • Verify eligibility and benefits plus load insurance for all new patients.
  • Verify eligibility and benefits plus load insurance for patients with a change of insurance.
  • Re-verify eligibility and benefits on existing patients prior to first visit of a new year.
  • Work schedules and add-ons to identify patients that need re-verifications.
  • Obtain referrals maintaining 2 weeks out on schedule.
  • Any other duties requested by management.
  • Friendly, caring , outgoing personality on the phone and in person.

This is a Full-Time position.

Eclinical software Knowledge is a Plus

Pain management Specialty is a Plus.
