What we are looking for –

As a Wealth Management Senior Associate, you will be working closely with a Wealth Management Director and team to serve our clients in a collaborative environment. As part of the team you will help to actively prepare for client meetings and interact with clients directly. This will include learning Aspirant methods and standards to deliver a high touch personal service and experience to clients.

You will have the opportunity to learn and have the responsibility for the preparation of net worth statements, cash flows, long-range financial projections.

The Sr. Associate will also participate in business development activities to attract clients. All client relationships are handled on a team basis and the Sr. Associate is a key member of the Wealth Management team.

You will be part of the team by -

Participating in internal strategy discussions for clients
Gathering financial information and preparing net worth, cash flow, investment planning, insurance summaries, investment allocation and performance reports
Becoming proficient in our financial planning software systems
Preparing long-term capital sufficiency analyses based on personal financial goals, current financial data, tax rates, and inflation and investment assumptions
Proactively recognizing client issues, proposing solutions and adding insight to analysis
Working closely with Managers and Directors and become an integral part of the client service team. This will include scheduling meetings with clients and participating in client meetings.
Participating in business developments activities to attract clients.

You have -

Bachelor’s degree required. Prefer business, psychology, economics, accounting, finance, law, engineering and/or experience in a related field.
CFP® preferred or demonstrated progress toward acquiring the CFP®, i.e., ongoing plan for completion of required coursework and taking the CFP® exam
Experience conducting comprehensive personal financial planning such as retirement planning, employee benefits, insurance, investment vehicles, asset allocation, estate planning techniques, income taxation, and executive compensation
Familiarity with investments
Proficiency in Excel and Word required
Business development and communication skills – both written and verbal
Detail oriented
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
Acute attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
A strong work ethic and eagerness to” roll up your sleeves” to get things accomplished for the client and the team.
A high level of professionalism
Compassion and a sense of humor
May involve some travel.
