Summary of Job Duties
This position will serve as the Assistant MBA Director and will report to the MBA Faculty Director. The job duty areas include curriculum support, monitoring and reporting student performance, supporting MBA student organizations, experiential learning outcomes (especially global) and internships, support of MBA strategic initiatives, stakeholder management, and support in recruitment and orientation activities. Given the nature of this role, the selected individual should be able to work weekends and after hours with appropriate compensatory time.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- Master of Business Administration from an accredited institution of higher education
- Any master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education with at least one year of related work experience

- At least two years of experience in marketing/sales/data analysis/report writing
- At least two years of experience working with students

- Strong competence/knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Ability to run quantitative and qualitative data analysis highly preferred

$41,000 - $45,000 (commensurate with education and/or experience)
