This highly visible position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment, retention and recognition processes that encourage a committed, customer-oriented workforce; assists with investigating and resolving complaints, problems and morale issues; and requires outstanding communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience. Two years HR experience required, preferably in a health care setting. PHR or SPHR preferred.
