We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to be based in our Vero Beach, FL office.

How You'll Make an Impact:
Provides high level clerical/administrative support to department leaders
Assembles tax returns and assists with multiple tax related tasks including filing extensions for clients
Prepares documents, including correspondence, documents, and reports
Exhibits unwavering integrity and confidentiality at all times
Maintains client files ensuring all documents are properly scanned and filed and that client information is available as needed by professional staff
Maintains electronic databases to produce reports and other documents
Schedules appointments and meetings; makes travel arrangements as needed
Arranges meetings ensuring all participants are contacted, meeting rooms are prepared and services are provided as needed
Acts as backup to the Receptionist and other administrative support personnel as needed

Your Desired Skills & Experiences:
Experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment
Ability to display a professional demeanor and business etiquette at all times
Ability to quickly learn and master different software programs.
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to operate multiple phone lines, printers/copiers, fax machines, document scanners, etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Ability to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to internal clients
Demonstrates ability to handle communications in a discrete and confidential manner.
Able to prioritize work, manage time, and work in a due-date driven environment.
