USS Freight Brokerage Incorporated and Dispatching Service is a customer focused, 3rd party logistics company, overseeing Truck Load (TL), Less than Truck Load (LTL), and Partial shipments, by acquiring motor carrier services for our valued network of freight customers.

USS Freight Brokerage Incorporated and Dispatching Service continue to provide our carrier customers with freight for all modes of transportation: Power Only, Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Hot Shot, and Auto Carrier Fleets.

Job Description:

This is an hourly and commission-based opportunity to work for an established company. This position requires you to use the resources provided to locate freight for our carrier customers. Acting as a liaison between freight brokers and drivers, equipping with important information to provide excellent service in picking up, transporting, and delivering the freight. When needed, reaching out to the shipper and receiver locations, check calls, hours of service needs or any other communication regarding the loads. On occasion we will aid owners and drivers in locating roadside assistance and any other services needed. Communication, developing relationships, and building trust are essential for making you and the carrier customers profitable.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Will have 2 years of experience in Freight Sales and/or the Freight Industry, or willing to learn.

Work Equipment:

Agents will be provided a workstation, equipped with a computer, phone, and office supplies needed to operate effectively at the Hereford location.


USS Freight Brokerage Incorporated and Dispatching Service offers support, teamwork and training needed to be successful.

  • We provide access and memberships to load boards, related to the industry.
  • Commissions paid weekly (direct deposit) upon load verification and documentation.
  • Weekly reports are provided with details of commission transactions.
  • Carriers are paid within 20 days, which encourages a successful partnership in the industry.
