Ravensburger North America, a leading game, toy, and puzzle company with the purpose of delivering fun experiences for the hand, the head, and the heart seeks an experienced, playful and passionate Customer Service Representative. The position is based in Alexandria, VA at the ThinkFun corporate office.

We are looking for an individual that is outgoing and service-oriented with excellent communication skills. It should also be noted that the Customer Service Representative will serve three offices—one in Virginia, one in New Hampshire, and one in Seattle with a total of 74 employees – and growing! Most importantly, we are looking for a candidate that will fit and contribute to our company culture; we’re a culmination of the most creative, funny, and interesting individuals in the area. We make games for a living which doesn’t mean we play games all day, but we do like to have fun.


  • Input domestic and international orders
  • Perform quality control checks on new orders and make changes to existing orders
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain a record of communications and actions taken
  • Maintain and update customer records in ERP system
  • Application and utilization of current promotions, specific customer requirements and terms
  • Maintain retailer routing guides
  • Process and/or mail replacement piece orders to consumers
  • File daily orders
  • Assist with EDI maintenance
  • Possess product knowledge about all lines of products
  • Participation in special projects

Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint); experience with MS365 preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP, NAV or another ERP software
  • 1-3 years data entry and customer service experience
