Position Purpose:
Seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and progressive-thinking eCommerce professional who is capable of accelerating Lindt's growth potential as the leading premium chocolate brand in the US Market. This National Account Manager will define and lead Lindt's strategic growth strategy at Amazon USA and will serve as the subject matter expert on Amazon's different business models including Whole Foods. We're seeking a bold and curious risk taker who is confident stepping forward to navigate complexity in an always evolving and competitive digital economy. They need to be strategic and collaborative, developing strong customer relationships fostered by innovative and sustainable growth solutions.

Essential Job Functions/Key Responsibilities:
National Sales Account Management

Establish a direct selling relationship to penetrate Amazon and fully identify all business opportunities.
Develop business to create an impactful team structure and advance Lindt's competitive position.
Leverage Amazon's Marketing and Vendor Services to achieve defined growth objectives and capture digital market share.
Provide clear guidance to Sales Agency resource around brand development execution and KPI's.
Render high-level presentations to secure preferred virtual/physical brand placement and maximize search optimization.
Define and build internal cross functional followership supporting Lindt's sustainable growth strategy across Amazon's different business models.
Fiscal Responsibility

Manage P&L achieving sales and profitability targets within budget guidelines.
Develop annual budget requirements and identify cross functional resources.
Provide timely and accurate volume forecasts to ensure Amazon's customer service expectations are met.
Analyze Trade Promotion and Marketing Investments to maximize ROI
Product Knowledge

Analyze product portfolio to identify new growth opportunities satisfying Amazon's different business models.

Position Qualifications:
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong interpersonal and fact-based selling skills; results-oriented
Fluent digital and eComm capabilities
Excellent verbal, written, analytical and formal presentation skills
Creativity and understanding of eCommerce fulfillment models

Experience:
Minimum 3+ years eCommerce sales and/or marketing
3+ years working with AMAZON
AMAZON Vendor Portal proficiency
AMAZON Marketing Services (AMS) management
Content development and storage management; content analytics proficiency
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management and forecasting software applications preferred

Education:
Bachelor's Degree required, but Master's Degree / MBA preferred

Travel 5%-10%

Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
