Job Scope:
The recruiting coordinator is a vital partner in recruiting operations for Charter / SPECTRUM. The Coordinator supports the Network Operations recruiting team, candidates, and hiring managers by being the subject matter expert in a core set of responsibilities:
Entering and ensuring the integrity of information into our applicant tracking system
Scheduling candidate interviews & sending and tracking Candidate Interview Summary Forms
Coordinating recruiting events and advertising

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage job posting process which includes creating requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), obtaining required approvals, and posting positions with various recruitment sources
Partner with recruiters providing support throughout the full life-cycle recruiting process
Create and/or audit “Requests for Offers” in the ATS
Set up and coordinate interview schedules with hiring team and candidates; facilitate travel requests, accommodations & reimbursements for candidates
Support logistics for recruiting events including planning for career fairs, information sessions, interview events and other related activities
Organize data and workflow to ensure recruitment process compliance
Direct calls and respond to general inquiries from candidates, employees, recruiters, and hiring managers
Ensure compliance with requirements of: equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and other government regulations; participate in internal/external audits
Collaborate and coordinate with Recruiters to support company-wide Talent Acquisition and Diversity research initiatives.
Provide ad hoc reporting and project assistance as requested by manager

Basic / Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year recruiting coordinator, human resources, and/or administrative support experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or related experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education / experience

Additional Job Qualifications:
Prior Applicant Tracking Systems experience
General Human Resources and/or Recruitment Coordination knowledge
Strong professional presence and communication skills
Proficient in data entry; web navigation skills
Efficiently adapt to change in fast-paced work environment
Intermediate level MS Office suite skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Proficient in calendar management/scheduling
