Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Professional to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for our private duty home care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in healthcare or home care marketing, with a proven ability to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase sales revenue monthly by developing strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our home care services, increase brand awareness, and drive client acquisition.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs. Use insights to refine marketing approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources. Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Client Testimonials: Collect and showcase client testimonials and success stories. Develop case studies to highlight the impact of our services.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms. Maintain a professional and positive image of the company.
- Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
