Has an open position for Assistant Service Manager
Schedules and assists in support for field staff to effectively provide residential electrical, air conditioning and plumbing service, repair and installation for customers.
Supports good customer relations by ensuring that services are provided as scheduled.
Supervises and delegates service employees, which includes assisting in evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations.
Evaluates work load and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower.
Resolves customer issues and problems encountered by service personnel. May meet with customer to develop a satisfactory solution.
Checks to ensure that each job is complete. Ensures that appropriate job documentation and/or payments are returned to the office.
Observes safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Other duties as assigned. Training is provided.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A Four-year degree from an accredited university -2 years supervisory experience
- good communications/human relations skills are required.
Proficient computer skills
Exposure to Systematized sales and training Process
Home Service provider of construction experience a plus
