OFFICE MANAGER

As Office Manager for Mendocino Farms, you will report directly to the CEO. In this role you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Ideal candidates are highly organized, self-motivated individuals with prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in Guest Relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and respond to all guest comments and feedback on Yelp
Monitor and respond to all email and web comments and feedback
Manage the front reception desk including welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate department
Perform general facilities duties required to maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment for base camp team members as well as guests
Maintain a high level of cleanliness & organization of office common areas (kitchen, storage, reception, etc.)
Monitor messenger deliveries and outgoing mail
Pick, pack, & ship supplies to restaurants
Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory, by routinely checking stock and anticipating needs
Managing travel itineraries including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, business appointments, and conferences
Calendar management for C-level executive(s)
Assist in reconciling expenses
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in an executive administrative support role
Extensive MS Outlook and Gmail experience (email and calendar)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possess a strong level of discretion and integrity to manage confidential information
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
Exceptional communication skills, including writing emails, and verbal skills
Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions
Detail oriented and excellent follow through
Ability to balance work independently with minimal supervision and be able to respond effectively to competing priorities
The ability to flex and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment
Self-starter who can work well in an “all hands-on deck” environment
Must be able to operate with little supervision in a dynamic environment
