Position Summary:
This position coordinates scheduling, processes reports, makes travel arrangements, maintains calendars and provides other administrative support to a very busy senior executive. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environment, anticipate needs and workflow, and communicate seamlessly with other executives and staff members. We or she will maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times due to matters of significance and trust.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Exercising discretion to act as gatekeeper, including managing calendars to schedule both internal and external meetings, answering and filtering incoming calls and screening incoming emails and information.
Preparing and editing outgoing correspondence regarding matters of significance, to include email messages, memos, etc.
Performing confidential administrative responsibilities.
Handling special requests as directed which may include purchasing gifts, tickets to games, etc.
Interacting regularly with ownership and senior management.
Arranging travel itineraries.
Confirming conference rooms and/or locations, attendees, and times for meetings.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (educational, experience and basic knowledge requirements):
Bachelor Degree preferred
Must have 3-5 years of experience assisting an executive-level employee.
Be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
Have a strong command of reasoned, measured decision-making based upon analyzing the pros and cons of each potential decision to be made
Be a strategic and critical thinker who is dynamic, forward thinking, extremely analytical and well organized
Be able to maintain confidentiality and use upmost discretion when privy to sensitive information
Possess outstanding problem solving capabilities to address and resolve issues that face a growing enterprise
Have the ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion with regard to interpersonal relationships
