Hours:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 PM – 4:00
As an LSW in the substance use department, duties include but are not limited to facilitating groups and individual sessions, clinical intake/ assessment, identifying issues and creating goals and individualized Treatment Plans., assisting with case management, leading group therapy sessions, providing outreach and progress reports to referring agencies, referring patients to support groups, setting up an after care plan, knowledge of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS a plus and timely documentation. Case load can include PH, IOP and OP levels of care. Supervision for LCSW and LCADC provided.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Social Worker license or Master’s degree in counseling required; LCADC preferred.
- All new hires who are in recovery must attest to having one year of sobriety and abstinence.” In addition, all new hires are required to sign an Affidavit of Recovery. Must comply with TRMC paid state-level criminal history record background check supported by fingerprint check prior to hire.
- 1 year working with an addictions population preferred but not required.
