Full Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of Performance Management and Talent Planning processes.
Project management experience in a corporate context.
Analytical background to support analysis of employee data.
Facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of employment law.
Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a master’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’ s degree preferred with Leadership Development, Organization Development or related concentration. General knowledge and experience with Talent Management, Succession Planning or Performance Management systems.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Sharepoint.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
Very strong attention to detail.
Strong project management skills; must have ability to initiate project plans and balance multiple changing deadlines and priorities.
Discretion when handling confidential information.
Flexibility in a changing fast paced environment with multiple work demands.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
