Sr. Consultant, Project Manager- Advanced Analytics

We are looking for an experienced, senior project manager with a successful track record of leading and collaborating in a highly cross-functional team structure. This individual will act as program/project manager overseeing strategic enterprise-wide initiatives leveraging Next-generation technology and Advanced Analytic solutions. Responsibility for all aspects of the project over its entire life-cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with product managers and product owners to understand business strategy and requirements
  • Develop project roadmaps and plans to meet business objectives and lead cross-functional teams of business, technology and data scientists in successful delivery on-time and on-budget
  • Lead meetings effectively with detailed agendas, meeting minutes, action items, issue logs, etc. holding team members accountable for delivery and managing accordingly as things change
  • Communicate effectively and to all levels of management status of plan, blockers, etc. ensuring full transparency of progress, budget and risks
  • Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to require standards and processes

Skills

Skills Required:
  • At least 7 years of experience acting in a project/program management role
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong organization and project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to provide direction to others and manage tight plans by giving clear direction, setting clear expectations and clear objectives, holding performers accountable, and recognizing successes and challenges.
  • Excellent communication/ influencing skills and ability to navigate across levels of staff and management
  • Strong people skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
  • Proactive results-oriented
  • High energy and ability to motivate others
  • Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to work
  • Impeccable personal integrity and excellent work ethics

Skills Desired:
  • Exposure to Advanced Analytics
  • Experience in the financial services industry
