We are looking for a Web Business Analyst with ADA experience who will be responsible for working with clients and internal development teams on projects ranging from UX/UI design to AEM implementation. The Web Business Analyst is a key player, translating the needs of the client into documentation actionable by design and development teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies
Establish and foster stakeholder relationships and manage client expectations
Lead the assessment of client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, and documenting changes) to prioritize immediate business needs
Lead the development and communication of business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions
Provide recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology
Articulate and confirm understanding of business requirements to IT
Plan and facilitate requirements workshops
Develop use cases, user stories, and other artifacts
Investigate problems and develop recommendations for resolution
Establish measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business goals
Ensure requirements meet client needs while remaining within the defined project scope
Develop test cases for User Acceptance Testing
Maintain documentation on system functionality
Complete other duties as assigned
Nice to have – Develop requirements that meet web accessibility guidelines WCAG (AA) orsection 508 federal requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field
3-4 years of technical and business analysis experience
Understanding of best practices in web design and UX/UI with an emphasis on ADA
High level of business acumen coupled with technical knowledge
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
In-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes
Ability to foster relationships across different business units as well as with clients
Proven ability to successfully manage complex project deliverables
Experience with translating business requirements into workable ADA complaint business solutions
Experience working within a defined SDLC
Nice to have – Familiarity with at least one of accessibility validation techniques using tools such as Accessibility Management Platform, AXE Chrome Plugin, FireEyes, Total Validator, WorldSpace
Nice to have – Ability to conduct accessibility testing against the WCAG 2.0 (AA) Success Criteria and the updated Section 508 federal requirements using the following methodologies: visual analysis; screen reader reviews; color sampling; keyboard only; gesture only; and code reviews
Nice to have – Experience utilizing Adobe Experience Manager
PREFERRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES:
Experience with project management tools, enterprise-level content management systems, software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ADA accessibility tools.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS REQUIREMENTS:
Common office/desk environment that involves long periods of time at a stationary desk with extensive computer work that requires repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
