Full Job Description
The Plant Maintenance Business Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Plant Maintenance. This role will directly support the implementation of SAP PM to plant locations within the Refresco network. This role is chiefly responsible for coordinating, planning, testing, documentation, training and support of the application to the plant teams. This role will also ensure timely research and resolution of production support issues.
Serve as an integral member of the SAP Plant Maintenance implementation team.
Manage, export, and transform master data from legacy systems for conversion to SAP.
Conduct training sessions with end users on the SAP Plant Maintenance applications and functionality as well as Materials Management and Warehouse Management related integration points.
Conducts user acceptance testing and documents results.
Identifies risks and issues, and seeks approval on complex matters.
Documents quality training material for business users.
Ensures best practices are adopted.
Builds strong relationships with business partners.
Exhibits patience and devotes time to understand current state processes and configuration.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Ability to document new processes and train end-users.
Business experience within a Food/Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution environment, highly desired.
Thorough understanding and ability to train and troubleshoot SAP Materials Management related functionality such as MRP, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts/Issues and Inventory.
Thorough understanding and ability to train and troubleshoot SAP Warehouse Management related functionality such as bin managed inventory, storage types and cycle counting.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing applications.
Plant maintenance configuration experience, desired.
Fiori experience, desired.
A working knowledge of project management.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to execute pivot tables and vlookups.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong critical self-review skills.
Exhibits a high degree of professionalism.
Ability to self-manage time and tasks.
Education and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance.
Full life cycle implementation experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred.
Based in Tampa with 50-80% travel
Work schedule flexibility to accommodate project deliverables. May include off-shifts when necessary.
