ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a full time personal assistant for a Grammy award winning musician that is based in Los Angeles.

You have previous experience working as a personal assistant to another artist/musician (This experience is required. Please do not apply to this role if you do not meet these requirements).
You are already located in the Los Angeles area

Regular Tasks for This Role:

Scheduling meetings
Making travel arrangements including but not limited to: commercial flights, private jet charters, airport greeters and transportation
Staying on top of clients calendar and sending pertinent reminders
Running errands as needed
Prepping for tour and promotional performances
Facilitating set ups of homes and hotel rooms
Assisting with gifting needs

Skills/Experience/Education

Previous experience being a personal assistant for an artist/musician (this is a requirement for this position)
You have experience traveling internationally with a previous employer
Self starter
Strong Critical Thinking
Adaptable in a variety of situations
Able to read a room

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
