Caregiver Supervisor
The primary goals of the Caregiver Supervisor are to manage , screen, train, hire, retain quality and appropriate quantity of caregivers so that the agency can provide the highest level of customer service in accordance with company standards. This position will also assist as needed with functions essential to the proper management of caregivers and client care.
Essential Functions
Serves as agencies main contact for client and caregivers.
Develops and follows clear and defined processes of recruiting, screening, hiring, and training.
Ensures appropriate staff to cover existing and new cases as they come in
Performs 24/7 on call coordinator duties
Adhere to policies and procedures
Supervisory Visits in Client’s homes
Assist with client surveys
Emergency care in the field
Assist with caregiver training and evaluation
24/7 on call
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
