5 years of experience structuring and solving cross-functional problems and leading cross-functional projects
5 years of experience communicating, aligning and managing stakeholders across multiple levels such as executive leadership and individual contributors
Experience with manipulating data sets and SQL to derive insights and execution communications and presentations
MBA or other graduate degree
5 years of work experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Management Consulting or Investment Banking
Sales operations and strategy experience
Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks and briefing documents that support the narrative
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As a Central Strategy and Operations lead, you will launch and lead business strategy projects. You will identify opportunities to accelerate growth and increase efficiencies by working with business leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will have exposure to business and operations leaders at all levels as you solve complex problems across the organization, develop recommendations, and present to senior leadership.
Your overarching objective will be to help Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) leadership run the organization effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for crafting and setting RSO's priorities, team engagement, and communications strategy, and helping shape the culture of RSO to be a place where we can attract, develop, and grow strategy operations talent at Google. You will gain visibility and experience into what it takes to lead a complex organization and help run business operations, from setting goals to shaping the content agenda for executive and team events to diagnosing and improving organization effectiveness.

Drive effective business management for the VP of RSO and serve as their thought partner & right hand person
Partner with senior GCS and RSO leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities for future growth and efficiencies
Lead, launch, and land global strategic and operations projects to help business teams be more effective in helping customers grow
Collaborate with cross-functional strategy and operations (e.g. region and global revenue strategy and operations teams) and business enablement teams (e.g. gTech, small and medium businesses marketing, human resources, sales finance, product review, communications) to drive critical initiatives to success
Own executive-level presentations (e.g. quarterly business reviews, special projects)
