Red Hat’s Products and Technologies (PnT) team is looking for a Remote Experience Program Manager to join us. In this role, you will be a part of the associate experience team and lead the creation and delivery of programs for remote associates, designed to create an environment where they feel included and connected, have the knowledge to do their best, and understand how they contribute to Red Hat’s success at all stages of the associate life cycle. Red Hat and PnT have long benefited from the flexibility to hire the best talent we can find regardless of their physical location. As we continue our rapid growth, we want to work deliberately to ensure an excellent associate experience for remote and small office associates, in the same way we do for associates at larger sites. As the remote experience program manager, you will need the ability to collaborate with and inspire associates across functional and hierarchical lines.
Primary job responsibilities:
Design and develop programs that align with the associate experience team mission and PnT strategy, in coordination with global peers and PnT people manager community
Work with PnT managers to foster safe and inclusive environments where remote associates can thrive
Communicate regularly with remote associates and leadership on the status of initiatives, events, happenings, and opportunities, including how they connect with the broader strategic goals
Gather feedback from remote associates and leaders on the effectiveness of offerings and track associate sentiment
Maintain resources for remote and small office associates in Mojo and collaborate with the PnT Communications team on communication strategy
Track progress of initiatives and other key success measures, reporting regularly to PnT Management community and global teams
Establish a program in partnership with managers to welcome new associates, celebrate milestones like associate work anniversaries, invitations to regional events, and other acknowledgments
Process purchase orders, track expenses, and ensure adherence to program budget
Passion for the associate experience and remote work
Experience with community building
Creative thinking with a passion for collaboration
Advanced language skills in English
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills like task tracking, reporting, communication, and follow-up
Proven coordination skills in managing tasks across different teams and diverse stakeholders and multiple parallel projects
Ability to establish and document priorities and take initiative as needed
High competency using Google Docs or other office suite software
Currently working as a remote associate is a plus
