Provide end-user support for reported issues Provide resolution and follow-up to end-users for support issue Determines if additional resources are required to resolve support issue. Provide escalated end-user support for reported issues. Assist in managing system projects and working with vendors Assist in managing computing assets and purchasing cycle Travel to centers to perform on-site center assessments Prepare and generate report and distribute as required Liaises with other department management and end-users Recommend changes to procedures & systems to improve effectiveness and efficiencies Attend various department and vendor meetings and provide input Manage resources and projects; monitor and takes corrective action as necessary Enforce and support security and compliance policies including SOX and JSOX methodologies. Perform other duties as assigned
Associates degree desired, but not required Experience with Customer Service Strong PC and general computer skills Professional technical certification desired, but not required Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to relate with different level end-users Ability to multi-task with strong communication and problem solving skills
