Position: Customer Service
Base Pay: $18/hr. (Experience will be considered)
Position Overview: Interacting with customers via email, phone, and in person. Cashing out customers through retail software. Stocking shelves and ordering stock for the store. Selling various products offered by Emerald Pool and Patio.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent
· Solution orientated
· Order / data entry skills preferred
· Service / customer service background preferred
Primary Responsibilities
· Interacting with customer via email, phone and in person
· Identifying customer needs
· Maintaining limited stocked inventory
· Additional responsibilities may be added at the discretion of management
Work Conditions
· Sitting and standing long periods of time
· Using a computer for long periods of time
· Lifting 60lbs., on occasion
· Multitasking
