The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for our industrial equipment. As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our machinery to meet client needs and uphold our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field service visits for installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer concerns.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and electrical tools to perform accurate assessments.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed to restore equipment functionality.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for future reference.
- Demonstrate expertise in HVAC systems and industrial mechanics to address complex problems efficiently.
Skills:
- Proven experience in field service engineering with a focus on industrial equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using ohmmeters, electrical testing equipment, and other specialized tools.
- Ability to fabricate parts and weld components to repair machinery.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration within industrial settings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
