This candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in inside sales with a proven successful record.

Responsibilities

Converting incoming calls provided by the marketing team into sales
Providing equipment knowledge and pricing to potential customers
Delivering excellent customer service to our existing customer base
Operating within our enterprise level and proprietary systems to complete your job efficiently and effectively
100% inbound sales, no cold calling
Requirements

2-3 years of inside sales background required
Proven sales track record
Highly motivated, self-starter who is also a team player
Highly organized, displays time management skills
Effectively communicate industry-specific knowledge
Ability to control emotion during potentially high-stress situations
Demonstrates the ability to listen effectively
Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
Computer skills necessary
1-2 years prior sales/relevant experience required
Availability to work until 7 pm (Monday-Friday)
Benefits

Average total compensation including salary and commission $40,000; ability to make up to $62,000
Vacation that includes 10 days of PTO (pro-rated from start date) plus 8 paid major holidays
401k with up to a 4% match
$3k annually contributed to health care (vision & dental available too)
