SUMMARY: Provides overall management of the Referral Process, including visitation to VBMC CT-Step Down Unit, contact all patients referred to the program, follow-up phone calls, contact with insurance carriers and physicians.
Education: Associates Degree
Experience: Minimum two (2) years experience in a healthcare environment. Strong
organization skills, proficient in computers medical records software required. Strong customer service skills required.
License: BLS Certified
