Big Buzz is an award-winning, full-service marketing agency serving clients across the nation in the industries of bioscience, senior living and specialty clinics. We are growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for people, initiating new relationships and earning referrals and renewals. Our agency attracts 3-5 new sales qualified leads every week, and this person will funnel those leads from initial call to close.
The ideal candidate for this position is focused on people and building relationships. This person is outgoing, persuasive, communicative and friendly. This person has a proven track record in marketing for the healthcare industry, including brand and marketing strategy experience. The ideal candidate has good collaboration, negotiation and conflict management skills.

Fifteen years ago, I began working at a big marketing agency and eventually landed large accounts like Microsoft and Wells Fargo. I learned to build these Fortune 500 companies’ brands and marketing strategies, and as it turns out, that work is not rocket science.
