Position Overview
We seek a motivated and results-driven Go-To-Market Specialist to join our dynamic sales and marketing team at a fast-growing construction tech business.We're looking for someone with a startup mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our rapid growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop demand generation strategies: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to create and implement effective campaigns and activities that generate leads and drive sales.
- Lead generation and qualification: Identify target clients and regional contacts through market research, industry events, online research and referrals. You will develop a perspective and understanding of client needs and pain points and maintain an up-to-date viewpoint on market presence, capabilities and organization. You will develop a plan to connect with them via multiple channels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine geo-targeting and project-type (e.g., data centers, healthcare, stadium) strategies.
- Prospect nurturing and relationship building: Support nurturing strategy for contacts on active projects/deals to engage with prospects and build lasting relationships.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales team on lead generation progress and pipeline status, utilizing data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, following up with leads to keep them engaged and progressing through the sales funnel. Ensure accurate records of all activities and client interactions are updated and maintained in the CRM (HubSpot) system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align goals, strategies and tactics.

- Critical Thinker & Problem Solver: You possess strong analytical skills, can think on your feet, and provide insightful, concise responses.
- Independent & Energetic: While you work well with a team, you are also self-sufficient and comfortable managing projects independently. You bring high energy and an intense desire to succeed in all you do.
Preferred Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, especially in the construction or technology sectors.
- Strong documentation preparation skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel,.)
- Must have HubSpot or Salesforce experience, and a strong knowledge of the systems and lead management
- Excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills, including ability to network effectively and build confidence with potential clients.
- Excellent communication skills – able to represent the team, project and firm in all manner of client situations. Strong presentation skills to technical and business audiences, building on an ability to articulate and sell a vision.
- Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
