Actively partner with all facets of the business and collaboratively with cross-functional and global business partners to drive and steer financial forecasting, monthly reporting, governance and analysis for key business partners

Maximize efficiency and effectiveness by defining, designing and managing the development of value added reporting and analytical tools necessary to execute the Global AAO SBU strategy.

Assist and drive SAP projects, consulting projects, divestments and acquisitions; including the integration of new business opportunities and capital investments

Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding cost savings, and profitability improvement strategies

Portfolio review and market analysis to track market dynamics and support mid and long-term strategy of Global SBU business

Analyze operational issues impacting the business, measure business performance, determine their financial impact and proactively identify areas of opportunity


Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA preferred - International work experience preferred

Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams - Experience in managing internal dotted line relationships

Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong finance skills – track record of understanding financial and business systems/ processes and proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders to identify and define potential issues, opportunities and develop solutions creating value

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with and challenge senior management

Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships will all levels and various functions of the organization

Knowledge of IFRS as well as complete understanding of financial statements and financial processes

Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to develop into leadership role.
