The ideal Video Producer & Photographer is a proven creative professional with experience conceptualizing, directing and managing production workflows from start to finish. They are an inspired thinker and creator who possesses strong story-telling skills, a keen eye for compelling photography, and an unparalleled knowledge of production processes, equipment and technology.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Creative, and will work with a team of over 30 marketers, analysts, and developers to drive all aspects of the video/photo production process to support and supplement programs across channels and touchpoints. This person will play a key role in creating compelling and memorable multimedia assets that drive brand awareness, and directly impact revenue growth.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, from; scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, talent coordination, outlining production calendars, audio engineering, camera operation, shot direction, live action editing, motion graphic animation, publishing and distribution.
Work with creative, marketing, media and sales teams to strategically prioritize multimedia initiatives that align to company-wide objectives.
Leads pre-production meetings to align internal and external teams and communicate schedules, creative direction and project specifications.
Write scripts that tell a story, or convey a mood, through the use of video, audio and still imagery.
Ensure the talent and support required to produce brand-appropriate photography meets all creative and technical direction.
Capture engaging photographs & video footage for a diverse array of platforms and objectives; social media, websites, sales presentations, and various uses.
Manages accuracy and distribution of shot-lists and key production information for all mediums.
Edit live-action footage and create motion graphics to produce educational, how-to and promotional videos.
Inventory and test equipment, choose the proper tools for the projects at hand.
Contract and supervise external resources, vendors and partners to service the multimedia needs of the organization where necessary.

Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of digital media production experience in a large brand or ad / marketing agency setting.
Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize work and manage within limited resources.
A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Digital Media Production, Broadcast Journalism, Film, Visual Communication Design, or Fine Arts) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and concept development - ability to conceptualize issues, quickly develop solutions and implement action plans that align to business objectives and business priority.
Excellent interpersonal skills and significant experience working across marketing, sales and media teams.
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, juggle multiple projects at once.
Can funnel constructive criticism into new ideas.
Expertise and proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, Illustrator, etc.).
