Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.
The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.
The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.
The HR Project Manager will partner with the HR leadership team as well as key stakeholders to drive the delivery of HR projects across all aspects of the HR lifecycle. Responsibilities include driving various aspects of the HR project portfolio to ensure consistencies, managing interdependencies across cross-functional teams, assessing risk to completion, identifying obstacles or pitfalls, and deploying project and resource updates as needed for on-time completion and to deliver the committed deliverables. You will use your abilities to lead the design, development and implementation of a breadth of Human Resource (HR) project initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and management of various HR projects across the organization, creating and following a repeatable and scalable process that is easily understood and followed by the key stakeholders. Utilize skills in project/program management, business analysis, governance, process improvement, change management and other expertise to successfully execute projects.
Create detailed project plans with timelines and outlining milestones and deliverables to keep the project on task. Set up a consistent reporting cadence as well as accountabilities from various members of the project team. Measure project performance using systems, tools and techniques to ensure optimal efficiencies and value-added milestones towards progress completion.
Perform in-depth discovery to ensure business requirements are fully understood and are delivered as part of the agreed upon solution.
Identify and engage key stakeholders and align involvement expectations and key deliverables
Ensure proper change management activities are defined and included in all project plans
Host regular cadence of communication to senior leaders, steering committee, and executive sponsors
Prepare reports and analysis for senior level leaders for decision-making purposes related to compensation, HR analytics, HR technology and systems implementation, employee engagement, etc.
Evaluate current programs, policies and conduct needs analysis to determine what projects need to be executed on- provide mapping of project, timelines, and key deliverables based on organizational priorities.
Manage HR data management initiatives (reporting, auditing, integration) to support compensation analysis, pay decisions, policies and guidelines for employee and candidate transactions, job analysis, etc.
Create and implement solutions, standards, and controls that lead to efficient processing of transactions and data integrity.
Manage HR full-project lifecycle ownership including external and internal stakeholder and vendor relationships, resources, budget, change, risks, communication materials, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Highly organized, analytical, action and detail oriented with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for large scale HR projects (exceeding $5M)
Must have experience with payroll and timekeeping implementations
Strong understanding of project management concepts, processes, practices, procedures and tools
Ability to identify and appropriately disseminate critical project information (impediments, mitigation plans, etc) to appropriate stakeholders at the right time
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite of applications, including Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Skilled in serving as a change management leader in implementing major organizational or systems improvements; also skilled in working cross-functionally to align and influence stakeholders, steering committee members and executive sponsors on project
Operates effectively within ambiguity and a state of transformation/organizational change
