Who we are
MOOD is an ambitious, mission-driven mental health startup that’s reinventing the mental health care experience to help people live their best lives. Our mission is to democratize mental health care by providing treatments that are effective & accessible to all. We offer a wide range of benefits including regular team meetings, 100% remote work, and coordinated care. We pride ourselves on being a great place to work and we are looking for people who are excited to get in on the ground floor of this amazing company and grow with us!
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for experienced therapists who will provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our members. We’re looking for therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to see patients on a pay-per-encounter basis.
Our pay-per-encounter model is a W2 position while offering a unique opportunity of flexibility. Our providers love that this gives them the ability to determine when they will see patients with the stability of a W2 position.
As a therapist at MOOD, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the culture and processes of our growing company. Your primary responsibility will be conducting counseling therapy sessions via telehealth. The ideal candidate is adaptive to change and proactive in providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement.
